Orders are not processed on:

  • National holidays
  • Government-declared holidays

During product launches, sales, or high-order volumes, order processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Coverage

Snazzory currently delivers within India only.

Orders are shipped using trusted third-party logistics and courier partners. Delivery availability depends on serviceable pin codes and courier network coverage.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on courier operations and delivery location.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Snazzory may occasionally offer:

  • Free shipping promotions
  • Discounted shipping during special campaigns or sales

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under applicable Indian law.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing:

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

The package may be returned to Snazzory.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If a package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should:

  • Refuse the delivery, or
  • Record an unboxing video as proof

9. Lost Packages

If a shipment is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact us within 48 hours.

Snazzory will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation, the resolution may include:

  • Store credit
  • Refund


10. Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected due to circumstances beyond our control including:

  • Courier operational delays

Snazzory shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


11. Delivery Liability Transfer

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier partner, responsibility for transportation transfers to the logistics provider.

Delivery shall be considered complete once the courier partner confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Snazzory shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery
  • Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Receipt of the package by any individual present at the delivery location.


12. Courier Delay Protection

Snazzory relies on independent third-party courier services for delivery.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Snazzory shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimated timelines and do not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments.

Shipping delays caused by courier providers shall not automatically qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation, unless required by applicable law.


13. Fraudulent Order Protection

Snazzory reserves the right to review and verify orders before processing to prevent fraudulent transactions.

Orders may be cancelled or delayed if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to:

If a courier partner is unable to deliver to a specific location due to operational or safety reasons, Snazzory reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order and issue a refund, or
  • Request an alternate delivery address from the customer.


15. Force Majeure

Snazzory shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver orders due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil disturbances
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Pandemic or public health emergencies
  • Transportation or infrastructure disruptions

Such events may result in delivery delays beyond the estimated timelines.
