Snazzory Return & Refund Policy

At Snazzory, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility


Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.


To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:


  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Item must not have stains, perfume smell, or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
  • Snazzory reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:


  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse



3. Size Exchange


We offer size exchanges for apparel items.


Customers may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.


Conditions for exchange:


Item must meet the return eligibility criteria


Exchange requests must be submitted through our support email


Exchange shipping charges may apply


If the requested size is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.



4. Damaged or Incorrect Products


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:


  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue
  • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5. Return Request Process


To request a return:


  • Email us at support@snazzory.com
  • Provide your order number
  • Mention the reason for return
  • Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.



6. Return Shipping


Return shipping charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.


However, Snazzory will cover the return shipping if:


  • Wrong product was sent
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing defect


7. Refund Process


After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.


If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.



8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders


For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through:


  • Bank transfer
  • UPI payment
  • Customers may be asked to provide bank or UPI details for refund processing.



9. Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.


Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return under this policy.



10. Return Rejection


Snazzory reserves the right to deny return requests if:


  • Product is used or damaged
  • Tags are missing
  • Return request is made after the return window
  • Return conditions are not met



11. Fraud Prevention


To protect our business from abuse, Snazzory reserves the right to refuse service or returns in cases of:


  • Excessive return requests
  • Suspicious order activity
  • Policy misuse
